Ellen DeGeneres Design Challenge

Ellen is teaming up with HGTV to launch a six episode furniture design competition show with six hopeful designers airing January 26th 9/8c. To meet the contestants visit here.

“I’m so excited about this show because I love finding really special pieces of furniture,” DeGeneres said. “One time I found a beautiful one-of-a-kind armoire that spoke to me in a way I’d never experienced. It turned out there was a drifter living inside of it, but that’s a story for another time.”

NEW FURNITURE FINDS: CHIC BAR CABINETS

This Lotus Bar cabinet has really caught my eye especially in this hot color by Century Furniture.

Behind two doors is one adjustable wood shelf on either side of center partition above single fixed shelf with removable wine bottle storage strips, one adjustable glass shelf above fixed shelf with mirror work surface above two drawers. Mirrored back panel and LED interior lighting.

Prink Bar Cabinet Tortoise shell lacquer finish Parawood solids with Eggshell and Inlaid Mother-of-pearl trim.

Behind the two doors is a mirror back panel and wine glass racks.
