Girasol is a new restaurant in Studio City, CA by Orange County-born C.J. Jacobson.  His craft is best described as “rustic refined” very much like the interior of the restaurant.  The interior design is chic and filled with subtle natural elements like the gray stone walls and white washed oak flooring.  The main star of the show is the metal sunflower (girasol means “sunflower” in Spanish) that lines the ceiling and drops onto the side of the wall creating quite a focal point.
